Titi Canopy Tour
Titi Canopy is a tour that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Everyone will travel in suspension cables from platform to platform while enjoying the tropical rain forest. The cables are designed by expert engineers who make it one of the most wonderful and exciting adventures in Costa Rica that the whole family can enjoy! Our clients are outfitted with high tech harnesses to ensure safety.
All of our professional guides will be happy to take you in the Primary and Secondary Rain Forest where you can spot different types of animals, birds, insects and plants making it an educational experience as well.
We have 16 platforms with 12 cables, four of which are built on the ground and the other twelve hang 90 feet above it from robust trees in the primary forest, with ages ranging from 100-200 years.
The construction of those platforms, which includes stainless steel cables and metal platforms, allows them to hold 2000 lbs, or 10 people each. The cables between the platforms are ½ inch thick and strongly fixed to the trees, which hold the platforms. Los Toucanes – ATV Adventure Tour
One of the most highly talked about adventure tours in Costa Rica. This adventure is just 35 minutes away from our Discovery Beach House vacation home rental in Manuel Antonio and up into the mountains where your tour begins at Rancho Los Toucanes. You’ll receive instructions and be given your 4-wheeler. Follow a hair raising guided tour up into the mountains surrounded by lush rain forest, through streams, and along rivers. You won’t believe how fresh the smells are and how big the plants and flowers are in this climate.
You’ll then stop, take a short jungle hike to a waterfall with a natural swimming hole. After cooling off at your leisure you will cross over a suspension bridge 127 meters long, and 40 meters high over a gorge with views of another spectacular waterfall over 30 meters high. You then jump back on your 4 wheelers for another exiting adventure ride though the jungle and return to the rancho where you’ll be served a delightful “tico style” lunch.

Located 15 minutes from Quepos, the Damas Island mangroves allow you to travel calm waterways, with the dramatic backdrop of the spectacular Fila Chonta Mountains. Mangroves Night Tour
This is the original tour at Damas Estuary just 25 minutes from our Discovery Beach House vacation rental house in Manuel Antonio. Enjoy a real night “safari” in the mangroves. You’ll enjoy the spectacular natural beauty of the flora, fauna and wild nightlife of different species of needle fish, mullet fish (most of the time they jump into the boat) birds, bats, raccoons, anteaters, sloth and snakes. The most exciting part of this activity will be the searching for crocodiles. The 27ft boat is equipped with 4-stroke engine and a unique electric engine, a one of its kind in the area, which provides the exciting opportunity to get closer to the animals in their own habitat. This is an excellent chance for photographers to get great “shots”.

Sport Fishing at the Mangroves
This sport fishing tour begins two hours before low tide, which means all “fish schools” are coming out from the mangroves. This activity will give you a wonderful opportunity for a great catch during 4 hours of trolling along the shore of the Estuary canals. Bottom fishing is available too. The mangroves are the principal location for the hunting and egg laying of different species of fish. Snook and Snapper are the most common visitors. Sea bass can also found in the mangroves. Nauyaca Waterfall Tour
The Nauyaca falls is by far the most visually stunning and picturesque waterfall in all of Costa Rica, and quite possibly in all of Central America. Take a twisting, turning trip by horse though the mountains, while taking in the amazing rain forests and mountain views. You’ll stop at the rancho on the way for a typical breakfast.

Finca Naturales – Butterfly Botanical Tours

Before getting into the water our bilingual instructors will give you a safety talk and demonstrate the first steps of surfing. Rainmaker
Rainmaker Mountain is one of the last remnants of primary rain forest in the Central Pacific. It’s home to 60% of all of the flora and fauna species found in Costa Rica! We’re dedicated to the conservation and protection of the Fila Chonta mountain range on Costa Rica’s Pacific side.
On this adventure tour visitors can expect to observe the great biodiversity of flora and fauna found within carefully designed hiking trails. Certified nature interpreters guide you throughout these trails to a series of waterfalls culminating to a natural pool at which our guests enjoy a refreshing dip. A series of suspension bridges, connected by platforms, creates the Rainmaker Canopy Walkway System totaling 651 feet (200 m) long, will transport you through the river canyon to enjoy a beautiful tree top canopy. Sunset Sail Tour
Your adventure aboard our sail ship begins as you sail down the scenic coast, past the beautiful beaches and islands of Manuel Antonio National Park. As the boat glides quietly under sail you’ll probably see dolphins, which frequently swim in the boat’s bow wake. Occasional whales and giant sea turtles are a special thrill, and even the most avid wildlife enthusiast enjoys the ever-present abundance of sea birds.
